Why does my monthly bill vary?
Your bill reflects how much work your AI account manager performed — calls answered, messages handled, actions taken. Low-activity months cost less; high-activity months cost more, because you got more value. You'll always see a full activity breakdown on every invoice.
Can I cap my monthly spend?
Yes. You can set a monthly activity budget and get alerts as you approach it. The AI can route to voicemail or a human queue once you hit your cap.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Yes. Forward your existing number, or get a fresh local number from us in seconds.
Do you offer refunds on plans?
No refunds. If you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, plus a 5-day grace period after that. If a payment fails, you have 5 days to resolve it before service is cut off — same on every plan.
How are customer refunds handled?
Refunds your AI issues to your customers only happen inside the dollar limit and reason rules you write. Anything outside is escalated to you.
What about billing changes?
The AI will never change billing, cancel an account, or alter sensitive data unless you explicitly enable that capability.
Do I see what the AI did?
Every action is logged with timestamp, customer, action, and reason. You can review and reverse anything.
