NexArvo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — in any form or fashion — to any third party. Period.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, business details) and the operational data needed to run the service (call transcripts, chat logs, configuration, and usage activity).
To deliver the service reliably, we share limited information with the third-party providers we've set up accounts with — for example telephony, AI model providers, hosting, payment processing, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform the services they provide to us.
We use your information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve NexArvo, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with the law.
You can access, update, export, or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
