We do not sell your information

NexArvo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone — ever. We do, however, use a small number of trusted vendors to run the service. Those vendors only receive what they need to do their job for us, and they are never given a free hand to use your data for their own purposes.

Information we collect

Account info you give us when you sign up (name, email, business details) and the operational data needed to run the service (call recordings and transcripts, SMS and chat logs, configuration, integrations, billing history, and usage activity).

How we use your information

We use your information only as part of our normal operating practices: to deliver and improve the service, route and answer your calls and messages, recognise your clients, process payments, secure the platform, communicate with you about your account, and provide great customer support. We do not use it outside of those normal practices, and we never use it to enrich a third party at your expense.

Service providers we use

To deliver NexArvo, we share limited information with a small number of trusted third-party vendors that power parts of the service (for example, telephony, payments, hosting, AI, and email delivery). Each vendor is contractually bound to use your information only to perform the services they provide to us, and never for their own purposes.

Call recordings & transcripts

Your AI agent records calls and stores transcripts so you can review interactions, search history, and improve the assistant. These recordings are visible to you and to NexArvo support staff who help you operate the service. We do not share them with anyone outside the vendors listed above.

Security

We use row-level access controls in our database, encrypted transport (TLS) for all traffic, and least-privilege access for our team. Customer credentials and API secrets are stored in a managed secrets vault.

Your choices

You can access, update, export, or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your business records, recordings, and transcripts from active systems within 30 days, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing).

Children

NexArvo is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
