Acceptable use

NexArvo is a business tool. You may not use it to:

• Produce, distribute, or facilitate pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Sell, market, or facilitate the sale of firearms, weapons, or ammunition.
• Conduct any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
• Attempt to bypass our safety, billing, or security controls.

Right to terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to anyone we deem to be a threat to the platform, our customers, our partners, or the public — or whose use of the service is a material hindrance to its operation. Termination may be immediate and without refund where activity violates these Terms or applicable law.

Binding arbitration

By using NexArvo, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Service availability

We work hard to keep NexArvo running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of NexArvo after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
